Transmission Developers Inc. (TDI) filed a request with the Department of Energy (DOE) to amend the approved route contained in the Champlain Hudson Power Express’ Presidential Permit.
This request pertains to eight route modifications that were approved by the New York State Public Service Commission (NYPSC) on August 13, 2020.
The amendment request submitted to the DOE also includes an additional one-mile modification to bypass the majority of Harlem River Yard in New York City. TDI will submit a petition to the NYPSC for this additional modification.
