Karl Fetscher

Karl Fetscher is the Senior Vice President and Financial Controller at TDI. He has more than 15 years of finance, accounting, and operations experience. Prior to joining TDI, Karl held several senior leadership roles within Kingspan Group PLC, primarily focused on M&A and post-M&A integrations in Latin America as well as operational and financial leadership roles in North America. Prior to that, Karl worked in transaction advisory services at RSM and in assurance services at Ernst & Young.

Karl holds an M.S. in Accounting from the University of Virginia, a B.S in Finance and Management from the University of Delaware and is a Certified Public Accountant.
