Jon Ware, CFA

Jon is Senior Vice President and Treasurer for Transmission Developers.  He has over 20 years of experience in the energy sector, with a primary focus on the development, structuring, financing, and commercial elements of projects. Before joining Transmission Developers, Jon was Treasurer of Sithe Global, where he contributed to the development, financing, operations, and sale of ~$4.8 billion of multinational energy projects on behalf of investment funds managed by Blackstone.  Prior to that, Jon worked in the Financial Forecasting and Analysis group at AES.

Jon received a B.S. and M.S. from Indiana University, with degrees in Finance, Economics and Accounting
