Mr. Davis is Senior Vice President, Construction- Metro of Transmission Developers, Inc. with over 30 years of experience in real estate development and construction, project management, and operations. Prior to joining TDI, Mr. Davis held positions at Gallium Real Estate as a partner, Edison Properties as Executive Vice President of Development & Construction, EMCOR as Vice President and Director of Operations and Tishman Realty & Construction as Vice President. His career encompasses the construction and development of notable properties in New York and California. Additionally, he has extensive experience in electrical and telecommunications infrastructure and driving new investment opportunities and revenue streams. Davis earned his bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from Penn State University.
